My Approach
How I work
My approach is holistic and parts-informed, grounded in the belief that real healing tends to the full spectrum of who we are. I work primarily with individuals navigating trauma, identity shifts, relationship wounds, and life transitions. Sessions are conversational in nature. I provide space for you to deepen your emotional and personal narrative, not just manage symptoms.
I integrate EMDR through both a parts-informed and attachment-informed lens, drawing from Internal Family Systems to work with the different parts of a person's experience. Often the deepest wounds are relational ones, the beliefs we formed early about whether we are safe, lovable, or enough. This work helps you find your own inner capacity to heal those wounds, not just manage around them.
For some clients, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy offers a pathway to go even deeper into that work. When someone is ready and it feels like the right fit, KAP can help access parts of the experience that are harder to reach through talk therapy alone.
I value continued learning and believe that therapists should stay curious, humble, and engaged in their own growth.
Finding the right therapist matters more than finding a good therapist. The relationship and trust between client and therapist is the foundation everything else is built on. Without it, even the best techniques fall flat. I work really well with the right clients, and I'd rather help you find your fit than have you settle for one that isn't quite right. Feel free to reach out to explore whether working together makes sense for you.
I currently have an approximately 6-month waitlist for new clients.
